Fórmula Meditación
This is a harmonizing formula par excellence. It is useful both to enter quickly Meditation and Contemplation states, and also to calm our thoughts in moments of extreme concern. Its purpose is to silence the chat of the mind in order to guide us towards the inner Peace. Therefore, this formula is also recommended to get a better sleep when problems bombard our minds and we can´t or we don´t know how to avoid their pressure.
